In May, 2009, I scribed an authentic book entitled Vignettes from the Village, chronicling everyday life in a small Cambodian village. Although technically a work of fiction, all the stories and characters are quite real. I simply changed the name of the village and the characters to protect the innocent because I own property in this "hypothetical village" after all and may want to live there someday...
Although the current recession/depression has seriously hampered my traveling addiction, I have managed to make inroads on the historic fifth Man On The Scene book. The book is going to cover adventures here in the United States. I just finished a three-week jaunt across the country crammed into Dusty De Carlo's little white Nissan with my wife Phach squished in the middle. Stories are currently in development from the trip.
